Northmoor Trust and NPower came to Thrupp Lake on the 29th May 2009, to meet members of the community who had worked for the last four years to save this area, There was an opportunity to talk to Harry Barton, of Northmoor Trust and Steve Waygood of NPower and people did just that. They made their views known about their love of the area, their dislike of fences and their wish to be involved in the plans for the future of the lakes area.
