Plus the other three and half thousand people who originally sent in their objections, whose names are unknown to us, but who put pen to paper and have made an unprecedented level of objections to be received by Oxfordshire County Council.  The original seven hundred people who objected were supposed to have been been written to by OCC to be told to re-make any objections because of a new planning application.  We believe not all of the original objectors received a letter telling them of a new planning application.

For those who may not know, it is now public knowledge that RWE NPower paid £3,200,000 for the house and adjacent area known as "Sandles".  If any of our supporters happens to have Shares in RWE NPower would they mind asking a question at the AGM as to what NPower propose to do with their rather expensive piece of real-estate, purchased for far more than its market value - or is it to do with their "asset management skills" that they trumpet about on their website!

RWE have taken their profits from Thames Water and sold the business leaving behind a legacy of leaking pipes.  No doubt RWE will sell off Didcot Power Station when it comes to the end of its licence in 2016 having taken their profit and left behind a toxic legacy for future generations.  This is global capitalism at its worst.
